Section 1 – Contact Us Before Returning Products
Before returning any products, please contact us to initiate the return process. You can reach us at surf@saharablue.co. Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
Section 2 – Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Returns Items
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. Please contact us promptly with details of the issue, including supporting documentation such as photographs, if necessary. We will assess the claim and provide appropriate instructions for return or resolution.
Section 3 – Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately to initiate a lost package claim. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and provide a suitable solution.
Section 4 – Return Reasons Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for reasons other than those mentioned above. This includes, but is not limited to, size exchanges and buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to review product details, sizing charts, and other relevant information before making a purchase to ensure a satisfactory experience.
Returns Policy for Customers Residing in Brazil:
4.1 Notice of Return for Brazilian Customers:
If you reside in Brazil and wish to return an item, you must give notice of your intent to return within 3 consecutive days after receiving the product. Along with the notice, please provide a picture of the item as evidence.
4.1.1 Evaluation of Returns:
Return requests from Brazilian customers will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product has been used or destroyed, even if partially. In such cases, a refund will not be possible. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of a return based on the evaluation results.
Notification for EU Consumers:
4.2. Right of Withdrawal:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
a. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
b. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
4.2.1 Discretionary Returns:
In compliance with EU regulations, Sahara Blue reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion for items falling under the conditions mentioned in section 4.2. Please review the specific product details and consider the nature of the item before making a purchase.
Section 6 – Governing Language
This Returns Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever. In case of any discrepancies or disputes arising from translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
